Bulletin Board information goes here. This is formatted using a paragraph structure with fairly large print in order to easily stand out to the viewer. There is no limit to the number of paragraphs you can enter. The only affect it will have is to grow the page longer

Use a text editor to change the contents. NotePad is a perfect choice and Microsoft includes it with their operating system. Another program, TextPad, is also a good choice but it must be downloaded as shareware from www.textpad.com. TextPad has more features but it is not necessary for changes to bulletinboard.html.

Do not use Word because it will try to insert special characters for their markup language and it will interfer with standard HTML being used by Adobe's Dreamweaver program.

Always start with a fresh copy of bulletinboard.html which can be found in the /bulletinboard/_freshcopy directory. Work on it offline and transfer it back to the root directory when completed.

Before transferring the modified copy back to the VOML website, we may want to keep a copy of the old bulletinboard.html in /bulletinboard/_archive. Be sure to rename to a corresponding date-name so old copies aren't overwritten.

To modify this document, start by first changing the date on line #93. Several lines down (#98) you will see 'this' text where each paragraph is surrounded by special starting <p> and ending </p> codes. As long as you only make changes within these codes ... there should not be any problems.
